In the past 6 years, Ioana has been focusing on building immersive technologies (VR and AR) services for enterprise from shopper packaging research, retailers virtual store visits to brand engagement on new story telling. Ioana is also a professional film maker and VR experience creator. She has written, directed two short films, produced one feature film and she is involved in the production of several VR experiences. She has co-founded Women in Immersive Technologies Europe with the mission to support women in this new emerging industry and she is running the Virtual Reality section of the Fine Arts Film Festival in Los Angeles.

Tressie Lieberman is Vice President of Digital Marketing and Off-Premise for Chipotle. She is focused on expanding access to real food with new ordering channels such as delivery and catering. She is passionate about breaking through in culture and growing community engagement by leading Chipotle Rewards loyalty program, CRM, metaverse, social media and influencer relationships.
Lieberman also held leadership positions at Snap Kitchen and Taco Bell. She has achieved accolades such as being named on the Nation’s Restaurant News Power List, Advertising Age Women to Watch and Business Insider’s Top Influencer Marketers. She develops future leaders through the Chipotle women’s employee resource group.

Janet Balis leads EY’s consulting professionals in the Americas focused on the customer agenda and revenue growth, including commercial excellence, customer experience and product innovation and also leads EY’s CMO practice. She has also served as a partner at Betaworks, publisher of The Huffington Post, and EVP Media Sales and Marketing at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Balis is on the global board of the Mobile Marketing Association and the International Television Academy of Arts and Sciences, and she is also an advisor to the Harvard Business School Digital Initiative.

Prior to Frontier, Grace spent 5 years at Samsung as the VP of Integrated Marketing, where she propelled Samsung TV’s leadership in the category. She developed a Passions-based marketing and innovation strategy for the US business, redefining the brand’s purpose to lead through service to the consumer. She elevated Samsung’s efforts to deliver the ultimate home entertainment experience to gamers, streamers and sports fans, delivering award-winning advertising, first-of-its-kind partnerships with Xbox, Netflix and ESPN, and an advanced innovation roadmap.
Grace also spent 9 years in Brand Management at Johnson & Johnson, where she drove the growth of iconic brands like Aveeno, Listerine and Johnson's Baby.
Grace resides in Demarest, NJ with her husband and their 3 small kids. She holds a law degree and an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University.
